One of the oldest and most iconic breads of Armenia is Lavash, a traditional thin flatbread, and it is a venerable and enduring symbol of Armenian heritage. This zine touches upon the history, ethnobotany, etymology, folktales, cultural importance and the process of making Lavash.

The cover is hand screen printed and the zine is saddle stitch bound. The internal pages are digitally printed, the illustrations are originally sumi ink.
